Can I connect an LG Voyager by either bluetooth or a cable to my laptop and access the web over vcast?

I would like to have mobile internet on my laptop over a cell phone, verizon looks good, but can I access the full web over my laptop using the vcast service? If not is there anything I can do to access the web on a computer over the cell phone?

(I know my friend jim had a sprint with bluetooth that he used for high speed internet, but I don't really care for their phones)
