if say i DID do that and the problem is persisting, what then can i do?

Start in safe mode (F8 at start up), and erase any programs you installed recentlyy. That’s about all you can do.
December 3rd, 2008 at 11:54 pmnot exactly sure what the problem could be, but the one thing thats sure to work is to dump it. use the recovery to set it back to a later date, or wipe it out completely. always works for me.
December 5th, 2008 at 4:59 pmand i havent seen or heard of the blue screen of death since windows 98… maybe its time to upgrade. xp and vista dont do that as far as i know…
its probably the drivers you downloaded. go into control palel… program list and remove the drivers. Is the account that works a limited account and the one that is getting the blue screen the admin?
